Welcome Home!
We would like to welcome you to your new neighborhood in SunCrest. Below, we have provided some helpful information to assist you as you settle into your new home. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
Paying Dues
When you move into SunCrest, your closing costs typically cover two months of your Association dues. These dues are collected on the first of each month. Coupon books are mailed at the end of each year or after you close on your new home. View more information about payment options.
Amenity Access
SunCrest OA issues membership cards to all SunCrest residents who are current with their assessments and have no outstanding violations. The picture ID card will grant you access to the Community Center, including the fitness center, pool, and hot tubs.
Individuals 12 years of age or older are eligible to receive a card. The first card is free, and replacement cards are $10.00 each.
Members must be 16 years or older to use the gym.
Internet
High-speed internet and cable are included with the Master Association dues as part of the many amenities in SunCrest.
Step 1: If your home is a new build, call the HOA office at (801) 572-1233 or email Dalton at dchadd@ccmcnet.com to have your property address added to the SunCrest internet agreement. Give at least 24 hours before proceeding to Step 2. If your home is not a new build, proceed to Step 2!
Step 2: Contact Xfinity bulk services at (855) 307-4896. Inform them that you are part of the “SunCrest Bulk Agreement” and provide them with your address. They will assist you in setting up a time to pick up your cable and internet box. Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment to install them at your home.
Considering An Exterior Modification to Your Home?
Suppose you want to make an exterior change to your home, such as landscaping, installing a fence, or repainting the exterior. You will need to submit a Property Improvement Application for approval. Make sure you review the Design Guidelines before submitting your application!
