Payment Information
- How do I set up automatic payments for my Stoneleigh Heights assessments?
- Go to the online payment portal and click "Make a Payment," then log into your account and go to "My Properties," then click "Add Property." Utilize the following numbers to locate your property:
- Management ID: 6675
- Association ID: 650UT
- Account #: Call the office at 801-572-1233 if you are unsure of your account #
- Once you have added your property, you can set up automatic payments under the "Setup Scheduled Payments" tab.

- View other payment options

- How much is my Stoneleigh Heights assessment, and what does my assessment cover?
- Your Stoneleigh Heights assessment is $141 and pays for landscaping, road repairs, snow removal, and CCMC’s management of Stoneleigh Heights. Your SunCrest master assessment is a separate assessment and does not cover the cost of any of the above.
