Board Of Trustees
The Board of Trustees for the Suncrest Owners Association is made up of resident representatives. Open Board Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month. They are an opportunity for residents to learn about the Association and bring any information to the Board's attention.

Budget & Finance Committee
The Budget & Finance Committee comprises resident owners just like you who serve in an advisory capacity to the Board. The committee's purpose is to work with management to review the current financial statutes of the Association and monitor the activities in the Capital Replacement Reserves and its compliance with the most recent Reserve Study.

Covenants Committee
The Board of Trustees appoints the covenants committee as a liaison to oversee issues that concern covenants enforcement. It is comprised of five residents who live within SunCrest. They work closely with the Community Standards Manager to help establish goals for covenant enforcement and review all actions taken during each month. They can recommend the activity to the Board of Trustees and give input regarding enforcement policy.

Architectural Committee
Per CC&R 11.1, the Board of Trustees unanimously agreed to restructure by disbanding the current Design Review Board and establishing an Architectural Committee. This Committee is comprised of no more than four members, one being a Trustee. Wildfire Preparedness Committee
The Wildfire Preparedness Committee comprises resident owners just like you who serve in an advisory capacity to the Board. The committee's purpose is to work with residents, the HOA, and Draper City Fire Department to coordinate mitigation and readiness efforts.

What can you do to make the biggest impact? Create a defensible space and fuel reduction.
- Remove everything within 5 feet of your home – plants, trees, BBQ grill, patio furniture, wood mulch, dried leaves, etc.
- Remove conifers (pine trees) within 20 feet of your home.
- Trim trees and remove all limbs up to eye level to prevent fire from spreading from the ground up into the trees.

LUD Committee
The SunCrest LUD Committee is a dedicated group of resident volunteers who work closely with the Community Manager to oversee the maintenance and future planning of our Limited-Use Driveways (LUDs). The committee meets on the first Thursday of each month to review budgets, discuss repair strategies, and explore long-term solutions for maintaining our LUD infrastructure.
