Front Porch Pooch Photo Contest
Wednesday, July 1st, 2020, 8am at Online

Do you have a photogenic pup? Want to show them off? We're hosting a Front Porch Pooch Photo Contest! Simply snap a pic of your pooch and submit it to Josh at jojohnson@ccmcnet.com, along with a fun bio for your pooch! Playing in the park, going for a hike, swimming in the lake, or even lounging on the porch! You'll be entered into a drawing for some cool puppy prizes! We'll start taking entries on July 1st and the deadline will be on July 17th! We'll hold the drawing on July 20th! We'll also post the pictures on our Facebook page and here on our website!! Having fun is an important portion of our traditional Japanese curriculum, as well as learning fitness and flexibility to create a strong, healthy and well-rounded student. We strive to teach traditional karate, as well as incorporating other "styles" of self-defense techniques. Classes are held each Wednesday night. There's no cost to attend, but donations are encouraged to help cover the cost of the room rental. Check out their flyer for more info! The classes will be held either on the basketball court or the Village Green, depending on availability.
Children (ages 4-11): Wednesdays 6:00 - 6:45 PM
Adult (ages 12+): Wednesdays 7:00 - 8:00 PM

New Resident Meet & Greet

Are you new to the SunCrest Community? Join us for our quarterly New Resident Meet & Greet! This will be an Open House style event, so stop by any time between 6:00 and 7:30 PM! Also, if you haven't picked up your amenity access card, we can get you all taken care of! We'll also have representatives from the SunCrest OA on hand to help with any questions you may have and learn about all the upcoming community events.
There will be light refreshments provided by the SunCrest Lifestyle Real Estate team of Scott Steadman and Robyn Fougler.

We will have two nights available (Friday July 17 at 7:00 PM & Saturday July 18 at 6:00 PM). We will have ten spots available each night, so get your place reserved quickly!
Cost is $18 per person. Children 14 and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Reservations must be completed by July 16th. You can pay online via the links below or stop by the OA office to pay using cash or check.
