Drive-Thru Easter
Saturday, April 11th, 2020, 10am to 12pm at Community Center

The Easter Bunny still has some plans for SunCrest this Easter! We've arranged to set up a Drive-Thru for SunCrest residents to pick up Easter Eggs and say hello to the Easter Bunny! On April 11th, drive by the Clubhouse where we'll have a table set up with bags of pre-filled Easter Eggs for the kids! Simply snag one for each child and off you go!

Please review the ACTIVITY MAP prior to attending, as the road will be ONE-WAY! A few other instructions to follow:
  • Be sure to stop at the construction cones until instructed to pull forward to the pick-up area.
  • Have ONE person get out and pick up one bag of eggs per child
  • Avoid touching the other bags as much as possible.
  • Wave to the Easter Bunny as you head home!

*While supplies last. For SunCrest residents only. This event may be canceled at any time due to weather or health concerns.

Virtual New Resident Meet & Greet
Thursday, April 16th, 2020, 2pm to 3pm at Online

Hey New Residents! Just because we're under quarantine doesn't mean we can't meet and say "Hello!" Join us for our Virtual New Resident Meet & Greet on Thursday, April 16th and 2:00 PM! This is a great way for any new residents of SunCrest to ask questions you may have about the community, it's amenities, HOA dues, architectural improvements and more!

Our Lifestyle Director, Josh Johnson, will host the meeting and will be able to answer any questions you may have about living in the SunCrest community or guide you in the right direction should that be needed.

We'll be hosting the meeting via Zoom, so if you'd like to attend, please register via the link below and a link will be sent to you once you register. You will have the option to just call in or join via video chat. Get registered by clicking the "Tickets" link on our Facebook event page!

Brighten Someone's Day
Friday, April 17th, 2020, All Day Event

We have partnered with the Ashford Assisted Living & Memory Care Center in Draper for a fun and uplifting event! We want you to write letters, draw pictures, offer words of encouragement or just a friendly note to say hello and we'll submit them to the center for them to distribute to their residents! It's a tough time for their residents as friends and family aren't able to visit with them.

Here's how it will work:
  • Write/Draw something by hand. Create your card or letter the way you would if you were receiving it.
  • Refrain from including any religious references as we don’t know the religious affiliation/non-affiliation of the resident who might get your letter/card
  • Embrace your creativity! Whether it is telling them about yourself, a poem, joke, riddle, drawing or words of encouragement.
  • Be kind. Be thoughtful. Be cheerful.
  • Letters do not need to be addressed. Write your letter assuming you will not receive a response
  • You can submit your letter a few ways:
    • Drop them in the mail and send them to the OA Office (2016 E. Village Green Circle Draper, UT 84020)
    • Drop them off in our mailbox (located in front of the K2 Realty Office, the smaller box on the left - #2016)
    • Scan and email them to Josh at jojohnson@ccmcnet.com). If possible, please don't take a photo of the letter/card as it won't print well)
  • Have your cards or letters submitted no later than May 1st. We'll get them to the Ashford Assisted Living Center the following Monday
We hope you'll take a few moments out of your day to help brighten someone else's day!
Spring Clean-Up
Monday, April 20th, 2020, 9am to 6pm

Spring is on its way and it's time to start cleaning up the house, inside and out! The SunCrest Spring Clean Up will be taking place on April 20th!

On April 20th, we want you to head out into the community, parks, and trails to do a clean up of the neighborhood. Be sure to adhere to all social distancing guidelines, including maintaining a six-foot distance and no groups over 10 people! This is a great way to get out and enjoy some fresh spring air!

We'll also have 4 dumpsters delivered throughout the day to the vacant lot just up the hill from The Ridge on April 20. You are welcome to use these dumpsters to dispose of trash. However, we do have some rules that need to be followed in order for this program to move forward.

All items should be placed INSIDE THE DUMPSTERS. The following items ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE DUMPSTERS: toxic, hazardous or flammable materials such as pesticides, herbicides, solvents chemicals, PAINT, MOTOR OIL or gasoline. Also, TIRES, BATTERIES, FREEZERS, and REFRIGERATORS may not be deposited.

**Failure to comply with these rules could result in the ending of this program. We ask that you follow these rules to keep enjoying this opportunity.
