For those interested in lifeguarding at the pool this season, be sure to attend our Orientation Meeting. You'll learn about the training that is required, new hire paperwork and more. Are you new to the SunCrest Community? Join us for our quarterly New Resident Meet & Greet! You'll be able to tour the facilities and check out the pool, fitness area and more. Also, if you haven't picked up you amenity access card, we can get you all taken care of! We'll also have representatives from the SunCrest OA on hand to help with any questions you may have and learn about all the upcoming community events.
There will be light refreshments provided by the SunCrest Lifestyle Real Estate team of Scott Steadman and Robyn Fougler.

We have partnered with the Conservation Garden Park to provide our residents with a class that will focus on landscaping that creates curb appeal, reduces maintenance, improves functionality and more! This is a great opportunity to speak with an expert on hat plants do well in our unique environment.

Easter Eggstravaganza
Saturday, April 20th, 2019, 10am to 11am at Village Green
**NOTICE** With the large amount of snow pack this winter, the Village Green is still extremely wet and the grass is not well established. Additionally, the wet weather we've been experiencing this week may make the conditions worse, so we'll be keeping an eye on the area. It's possible we may need to cancel the egg hunt and move a variation of the activities indoors.
We'll be sure to update you throughout the week. Stay tuned to Facebook and your email for more information.We appreciate your patience and cooperation.

Spring Clean Up Week
Monday, April 22nd, 2019, 10am at Community Wide
With Spring on it's way, it's time to start thinking about cleaning things up! We'll have a paper shredder on-hand, placing dumpsters and arranging for a Big Brothers, Big Sisters drop-off bins. Due to the size of the bins, we ask that large items not be dropped off.
Certified Shred will be at the Community Center on April 27th, from 10:00 AM to Noon. This is a great opportunity to have any financial or personal documents shredded safely and securely. Best part is...it's FREE!
We have a young resident who has organized a Community Clean Up Night on April 22nd at 5:00 PM. Meet at the corner of Longbranch and Deer Ridge drive if you'd like to participate. Garbage bags, gloves and snacks will be provided. More info here.

Rules for Dumpsters
**Please note, all items should be placed INSIDE THE DUMPSTERS. The following items ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE DUMPSTERS: toxic, hazardous or flammable materials such as pesticides, herbicides, solvents chemicals, PAINT, MOTOR OIL or gasoline. Also, TIRES, BATTERIES, FREEZERS and REFRIGERATORS may not be deposited.

Community Clean Up
Monday, April 22nd, 2019, 5pm to 6pm at Deer Ridge Drive
A SunCrest resident will be leading the charge on a Community Clean Up! At 5:00 PM, meet at the corner of Longbrach Drive and Deer Ridge Drive. You will then be given directions on how to proceed. Gloves, trash bags and snacks will be provided!
Board of Trustees Meeting

The SunCrest Board of Trustees Meetings take place on the fourth Wednesday of each month, unless specified differently. The meeting will be held at the SunCrest Community Center. Sign in begins at 5:30pm.
