We will be hosting a virtual New Resident Meet & Greet on Thursday, January 7th! This is a great way for any new residents of SunCrest to ask questions you may have about the community, it's amenities, HOA dues, architectural improvements, and more!
Our Lifestyle Director, Josh Johnson, will host the meeting and will be able to answer any questions you may have about living in the SunCrest community or guide you in the right direction should that be needed.

The SunCrest Board of Trustees Meetings take place on the fourth Wednesday of each month unless specified differently. For the time being, meetings will be held virtually via Zoom. Join us for the monthly Stoneleigh Heights Board meeting, held in the Family Room of the Community Center at 7:00 PM.
Brighton Ski Pass Lottery

Beginning January 4th, we will begin accepting entries into the lottery for the month of December. All entries must be received no later than January 28th!
To enter, simply fill out the information on this Google Form. The form will be available beginning January 4th.
As a reminder, the 12 winners for each month will have the opportunity to purchase All Day, Weekday passes for the Brighton Ski Resort at a steep discount. Please see the full list of rules below. As with most things this year, skiing at Brighton will be a bit different this year, so we encourage you to visit their website for a full list of rules and regulations in place due to COVID-19. It was also brought to our attention that parking will be limited this season and they will have signage placed at the mouth of the canyon informing guests of parking availability.
