New Resident Meet & Greet
Thursday, January 9th, 2020, 6pm to 7:30pm at Community Center - Family Room
Are you new to the SunCrest Community? Join us for our quarterly New Resident Meet & Greet! You'll be able to tour the facilities and check out the pool, fitness area and more. Also, if you haven't picked up your amenity access card, we can get you all taken care of! We'll also have representatives from the SunCrest OA on hand to help with any questions you may have and learn about all the upcoming community events.
There will be light refreshments provided by the SunCrest Lifestyle Real Estate team of Scott Steadman and Robyn Fougler.

Board of Trustees Meeting
Wednesday, January 22nd, 2020, 6pm to 7pm at Community Center - Family Room
The SunCrest Board of Trustees Meetings take place on the fourth Wednesday of each month, unless specified differently. The meeting will be held at the SunCrest Community Center. Sign-in begins at 5:30 PM.

Come cozy up by the fire and enjoy some snacks as we watch a fun family flick! This month we'll be watching the hit Disney musical Aladdin! No registration is needed, but the early bird gets the comfy couch! The movie will start at 7:00 PM!

Brighton Ski Pass Lottery
Friday, January 31st, 2020, 10am
The first of our annual Brighton Ski Pass Lotteries will be held on January 31. To be eligible for the lottery, please submit your name to the Lifestyle Director, Josh Johnson at jojohnson@ccmcnet.com, prior to January 30. This lottery allows the winners (12 each month) to purchase two (2) Adult All-Day Passes to the Brighton Ski Resort at the discounted price of $45, normally $89 each.
Multiple residents from each household can enter, however, there will be a maximum of 2 winners per household each month. The winners can purchase their passes at the SunCrest OA office using cash or check only. Winners will have 5 days to pick up/purchase their passes unless otherwise arranged. If they are not, new names will be drawn from the submissions for that month. Only members of the SunCrest Owners Association can participate and winners' addresses will be verified.
