| Description: | .png) Having fun is an important portion of our traditional Japanese curriculum, as well as learning fitness and flexibility to create a strong, healthy and well-rounded student. We strive to teach traditional karate, as well as incorporating other "styles" of self-defense techniques. Classes are held each Wednesday night. There's no cost to attend, but donations are encouraged to help cover the cost of the room rental. Check out their flyer for more info!
