We know residents are anxious to get the pool open, but we need to make sure it is done safely and in accordance with all health and safety guidelines. As soon as we and the Board have those established, we will pass it along to you via email, on our social media and here on our website. Please be aware that there will be many changes to the pool experience and we ask that you be patient and understanding with the front desk staff and lifeguards, as the experience and procedures on the back end will also be very new.
The gym construction is still moving along and will be open in the coming weeks. As we move closer to completion, we look forward to getting input from our residents in regard to additional equipment.

As the state continues the transition into the "Orange Phase" of recovery, SunCrest operations will progress gradually to protect our residents, employees, vendors and contractors. The road to recovery depends on all of us to remain vigilant as COVID-19 will remain until a herd immunity or medical discovery helps contain this virus. Please be patient during this unprecedented time and help manage the risks so SunCrest can move to full activation.
As with each community, SunCrest OA has its own very unique needs and demands. We have consulted with insurance and legal professionals, disinfecting contractors and vendors to see if it is advisable to open our facilities. Most importantly, how SunCrest will follow the many rules and requirements as outlined by the State of Utah and Salt Lake County, and if we can receive enough disinfecting/cleaning products on a regular basis. It should also be noted, the HOA Insurance Act in the State of Utah does not specifically address insurance requirements for communicable diseases and it is important to understand this policy is an exclusion to not only our policy but many HOA policies as well. Taking all aforementioned into consideration, the financial impact and safety of all involved, the Community Center and all its amenities will remain closed.
|IMPORTANT COVID-19 COMMUNITY UPDATE|

As many of you are aware, the situation surrounding the Coronavirus/COVID-
19 is changing quickly. The SunCrest Owners Association would like to thank
everyone for their patience during this time as information from local, state,
and federal agencies is distributed. There have been many recommendations
from these groups, including canceling/postponing events and closing
With that said, effective tomorrow, March 17th, 2020, the Board of Trustees,
along with CCMC and the SunCrest OA will be canceling or postponing all
events and activities for the next eight weeks.
Additionally, we will be closing the Clubhouse and gym for at least two weeks;
this includes any classes. If you have any of the rooms reserved for gatherings,
you will be notified by the SunCrest OA and refunded any payments if
applicable. This closure will, however, allow us to begin work on the weight
room and party room remodels. We will have more information on that in the
coming days as well, but we have approval from the board and construction
will begin this week.
As we continue to closely monitor the situation, we will send out updates as
needed with the community’s safety as our utmost concern. In the mean
time, we’d like to ask the community to follow the CDC guidelines and
recommendations, as well as recommendations from other government
agencies. Practice social distancing whenever possible. We also encourage
you to stay in contact with neighbors who may be considered "at-risk" via
social media or telephone to insure they have all they need (groceries,
medications, etc.). You may also contact the OA team members and we will
do what we can to assist any residents in need. Please continue to check our

The SunCrest community is a beautiful place to live, with stunning views of mountains, valleys and lakes all around us. It's important that our community also maintains a certain standard and one of the ways we do that is by including residents in the process of input and approval. The purpose of the SunCrest Covenants Committee is to hold hearings for homeowners who want to address a particular citation and also work closely with the Covenants Coordinator to help establish goals for covenant enforcement and review all action taken during each month. |Winter 2019 Activity Calendar|

With the new year upon us, we can look forward to some fun activities and events in the first quarter of 2019. We'll have some that are familiar, as well as a few that are brand new! Kicking thins off is our first New Resident Meet & Greet, where those who have just moved in can meet new neighbors, chat with folks from the OA office, take a tour of the facilities and more! A brand new addition is the Fireplace Flicks, where we'll be watching a family friendly movie in the Family Room, with some yummy snacks!
For this year's Daddy Daughter Dance, we're headed out West for a Buck-A-Roo Ball! Dust off the boots, put on that plaid shirt and jeans and come have a great time! We're also adding a Mother Son activity and a St. Patrick's Day Celebration in March! Check out the full schedule below!

We're very excited to introduce our new website for the SunCrest Owners Association! Here you'll find a much better layout that is more user friendly and includes new features that will hopefully make things easier for our residents. We encourage you to take a look around and familiarize yourself with the new website and discover how it can help you!
We want to point a few things out that will very likely be beneficial to you. First, you will need to create a new account. Your information from the previous website will no longer be valid. This will allow you to access certain pages on the site, including HOA payments and HOA documentation.
Second, take a look at the new Event Calendar feature. This is an excellent tool to see when and where community events such as activities and meetings will be taking place. You can even export the activities you wish to attend to your personal calendar!
All of the CC&Rs, Design Review information and Architectural Improvement applications are easily accessible via the "HOA Information" tab, as well as a quick link to pay your HOA dues online. The past Board of Trustees meeting minutes and financials are available to residents once an account is created and you are signed in.
Finally, keep an eye on the "Recent News" section, as this is where you'll find any community announcements, helpful tips and a variety of other topics.
We hope to be able to include the ability to utilize credit and debit card payments in the near future. This would include event tickets, room rental fees, swim lessons and more. Stay tuned for more info on that feature.
