Facility Rental Information
Host your next party or gathering at The SunCrest Community Center!
We have several room rental options available to residents at the Community Center. Each rental includes setup and tear down of tables and chairs. There are 6' banquet tables, 4.5' diameter round tables and folding chairs available for your use.
 
For the Family Room, Party Room and the Cabana, you can add on a BBQ Grill. This is a $20 flat fee that will be added to the total cost of your room rental fee. Food can be brought into the rooms, but please note, there are no cooking or refrigeration facilities available for use. 
 
To make a reservation, please contact the SunCrest OA Office at 801-572-1233. In order to reserve a room, residents must be in good standing, not have any outstanding monies owing, no current violations and be compliant with CC&R's, Design Guidelines and Bylaws. 

Payment is due one week prior to the event or function in the form of a check (made payable to SunCrest OA). 
 
If you are using the Cabana or Party Room in lieu of using your guest passes for the pool, please review the Pool Area Room Rental Policies
 
 
The Party Room
Rates:
Monday - Thursday $18/hour
Friday - Sunday $23/hour 
Includes set up and take down of tables & chairs
Room Capacity: 40 people
Room Info Accessible only through the locker rooms with direct access to the pool deck. 
Amenities: The room has a TV, Blue Ray player, counter/prep area with a sink and an easy to clean-up floor.  Please note the Lifeguard office is located in this room. During pool operation hours, they will need access to this office.
Add-ons: Use of the BBQ can be added to your rental for a flat fee of $20. 
  
 
The Cabana
Rates: Monday - Sunday $18/hour
Includes set up and take down of tables & chairs
Room Capacity: 30 people
Room Info: Located onn the West side of the pool deck, this open air room provides direct access to the pool deck and features a bit of funky island flair.
Add-ons: Use of the BBQ can be added to your rental for a flat fee of $20. 
   
 
The Family Room
Rates:
Monday - Thursday $20/hour
Friday - Sunday$25/hour
Includes set up and take down of tables & chairs
Room Capacity: 60 People
Room Info: Located on the main level near the front entrance. This room is perfect for larger functions and has leather furniture that can be moved to the side to accommodate tables and chairs.  
Features: The room is equipped with large 80" TV & stereo system, Blue Ray player, Xbox 360 and PS3, fireplace and book cases.
Add-ons: Use of the BBQ can be added to your rental for a flat fee of $20.
  
 
The Village Green
Rate: $150 cleaning/security deposit check that is returned within 10 days of event if everything if found to be in good order. 
Location: The Village Green Park located at the corner of Traverse Ridge Road and Deer Ridge Drive. The park offers open grassy areas, gentle rolling hills, stream and pond along with a gazebo.

Note: At time of booking a Village Green rental form must be completed and the cleaning/security deposit check must be attached. Please visit Tracy in the OA Office for more information.
