The covenants committee is appointed by the Board of Trustees as a liaison to oversee issues that concern covenants enforcement. It is comprised of five residents who live within SunCrest. The purpose of the committee is to hold hearings for homeowners who want to address a particular citation. They also work closely with the Covenants Coordinator to help establish goals for covenant enforcement and review all action taken during each month. They can recommend action to the Board of Trustee’s and give input regarding enforcement policy.
