Pool Rules & Policies
  • Please be sure that each resident has their OWN community ID card to enter the pool. 
  • Each home in the community is provided with 30 guest passes. These should already be added to your account. If you have questions about these passes, contact Tracy in the OA office at tkelly@ccmcnet.com or 801-572-1233

Pool Area Room Rentals - Pool area room rentals are not currently available.
 
A Release of Liability Waiver must be signed by all residents 18 years and older prior to using the pool. Parents/Guardians must sign the form for any minors in the home. You can download and print the form at home and bring it with you on your first visit. You may also take a photo of the form and keep it available on your mobile device.

Pool Guidelines
  • Social Distancing markers will be placed every six feet from the front desk, HOA desk, and lifeguard desk, and water slide stairs.
  • We can perform lessons under State guidelines (and is a revenue maker for the association.
  • Deck chairs and tables will be available for use. Disinfecting will be performed by the lifeguards every 90 minutes
  • Locker rooms, doors, countertops, floors, lockers, bathroom facilities, etc. will be disinfected every 90 minutes.
  • All employees will go through a symptom check before every shift, including temperature. The log will be kept and available for inspection by the health department.
  • Pool patrons will be required to sign a release waiver (see above for more information) with questions related to exposure and symptoms and will hold the SunCrest Owners Association and CCMC harmelss. An adult (18 years of age or older) must sign for persons 17 and under.
  • Masks must be worn by employees, unless actively lifeguarding. 
  • Patrons are strongly encouraged to wear PPE while at the community center (except while swimming).
  • Proper signage will be placed throughout the facility and pool deck.
  • Sanitation stations will be placed in specific areas throughout the facility.
    Social distancing will be expected by residence and staff.
  • One hot tub will be available for use.


Swim Lessons
There are a variety of options available to residents in regards to Swim Lessons at the Community Center, ranging from "Parent & Me" classes all the way up to "Endurance" classes for the more advanced. There will be four, two-week sessions held during the Summer, all taking place between 9:30 AM and 11:40 AM, Monday - Friday. For all the details on the classes and to determine which class is best for your child(ren), as well as registration and session dates, download the Swim Lesson packet, or stop by the Community Center and speak with the Lifeguard Office. For further information on Swim Lessons please contact the lifeguard office at 801-572-1233 or email our Aquatics Director, Nicole, at nhull@ccmcnet.com.
