Budget & Finance Committee
 
The Budget & Finance Committee is comprised of resident owners just like you that serve in an advisory capacity to the Board. The purpose of the committee is to work with management to review the current financial statutes of the Association, recommend an Association operating budget for the following year, monitor the activities in the Capital Replacement Reserves and its compliance with the most recent Reserve Study and advise the Board of Trustees on the investment of Association funds.
